Two years ago I uprooted my life. Everything changed. I moved to a big city in a foreign country, changed jobs, made new friends. I was challenged to create a new life in a strange place. I’m still working at this.

I’m thrilled to say I’ve finally started a family of my own. The addition of a newborn baby girl to the mix brings all sorts of feelings. Mostly good ones.
This is how I mange the stress;

- Sleep at least 8 hours every night. I try to go to bed by 930pm. Sleep is the most important. Without sleep, the rest of the stuff I do to manage stress is useless.
- Meditate for at least 15 minutes in the morning. Preferably 20 minutes in the morning and Evening.
- Exercise every morning. This is a light 10-20 minute workout. This always includes a 10 minute jog on the treadmill.
- Eat when I’m hungry. This always includes breakfast. I avoid sugar.
- Green Tea daily. Usually decaffeinated in the morning.
I do other things like try to eat healthy, limit alcohol and have a reasonable social life. Starting this blog is also away of managing stress.
